The following words and terms used in this Agreement are defined below:

The following eligibility conditions must be met to register on the rc444 platform and use its services:

2.1 Age Requirement

Only individuals aged 21 or above may register on rc444. Providing a false age during registration will result in immediate account closure and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Terms

• Each individual may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• The user must provide a working mobile number and email address.
• A copy of the National ID (NID) or passport may be requested for verification.
• More than one member of the same household may not operate separate accounts from the same device or IP address.

2.3 KYC Verification

rc444 may initiate a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until KYC is completed. If required documents are not submitted on time, the account will be temporarily suspended.

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your rc444 account login details — username and password — completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our live chat support immediately. Keep your password strong and unique — use a separate password exclusively for rc444.

3.2 Updating Account Information

If your contact details (mobile number, email address) change, update them immediately. rc444 will not be responsible for missed bonuses, OTPs, or important notifications due to incorrect information.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

If an account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months or more and has a zero balance, that account may be automatically closed. An email or SMS notification will be sent before the account is deactivated.

3.4 Account Closure

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

rc444's VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% cashback per week.

Members can be promoted to a higher tier based on regular active participation and loyalty to the platform. rc444 reserves the right to modify VIP terms at any time.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

In cases of bonus abuse — such as multiple accounts, use of bots, or bonus arbitrage — rc444 reserves the right to cancel all bonuses and close the relevant account.

6.1 Game Operations

All games available on rc444 — casino, slots, live dealer, sports betting, and others — are operated by providers. Each game has its own payout structure. Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is entirely impartial.

6.2 Betting Limits

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rc444. Violation of these rules will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Playing using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence software.
• Using another person's account or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Bonus arbitrage or attempting to circumvent bonus terms and conditions.
• Providing false or fabricated identity information.
• Money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software.
• Threatening or harassing other members.
• Making fraudulent chargeback claims with payment providers.
• Team betting or collusion (coordinated fraud).

8.1 Self-Limit Setting

Any member can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit is subject to a waiting period.

If a member feels they need to control their gaming, they can request Self-Exclusion. The self-exclusion period can range from 30 days to permanent. During self-exclusion, access to the account will not be possible.

9.3 Internet Connection

This agreement and any disputes related to it will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws and jurisdiction of rc444. For any claim or dispute, an attempt should first be made to resolve it through live chat.

10.3 Severability

If any clause of this agreement is found to be legally unenforceable, all remaining clauses will remain fully in effect.

10.4 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming policy together constitute the entire agreement between rc444 and the member. Any prior oral or written understandings are replaced by this agreement.
